With over 20 years in media — most of it in programmatic — Fern shaped strategy for brands including Jaguar Land Rover, Diageo, and Volkswagen Group, created the programmatic buying unit at MediaCom, and held senior roles at Carat, Mindshare, and FCB/SIX. A long-time advocate for innovation in media, Fern believes curation is key to reconnecting creativity, technology, and value across modern marketing. When she’s not exploring the future of media, she’s cheering on Formula 1, hiking with her dog Blue, or diving into quantum theory.
